We all experience stress. During my time in leadership, I have spent much energy trying overcome stress by avoiding it. I have just recently learned that this is not the right. I’ve made many bad decisions in my leadership. Thankfully, the longer I lead, the more I develop warning signs I’m about to make another. I think these may apply to all leaders.
